I've stayed at this hotel three times and will definitely go back on my next trip to Pune. The rooms could use a little spit and polish to be in top shape but overall are okay. I had a view of the bridge, but there was some noise from the train at night, especially if your room faces the road or train station.

The staff was caring and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was good, right near the main station and 2-4km away from major city hubs, though it often distracts with railway arrivals and departures. The dining experience was fairly good and satisfying. I found the service outstanding, engaging, polite, and highly professional, especially with key individuals like Elizabeth Guest Relations Manager, Manish Restaurant Manager, and Aranya- Assistant Restaurant Manager epitomizing hospitality. However, the hotel should provide some privacy due to its proximity to the railway station.
