However, there is a slight issue with a wet and molded smell in some areas. The hotel service is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional, with staff going above and beyond, like showing guests the open kitchen for a special food-making demonstration. The location is great, with a nice swimming pool on the rooftop and delicious food options like Biryani at Chingari and pastries at the gourmet shop. Dining experiences may need some improvement for variety, but the overall stay was pleasant. The hotel facilities are well-rounded, offering everything from room service to car hire. The value for money could be better, as there are aspects that need upliftment.

I've stayed at this hotel three times and will definitely go back on my next trip to Pune. The rooms could use a little spit and polish to be in top shape but overall are okay.
