Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located right near the main station, making it easy to access major city hubs. The rooms are good, though possibly smaller due to the hotel being older, but they offer Squash and Table Tennis options for sports enthusiasts. However, there is a slight issue with a wet and molded smell in some areas. The hotel service is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional, with staff going above and beyond, like showing guests the open kitchen for a special food-making demonstration. The location is great, with a nice swimming pool on the rooftop and delicious food options like Biryani at Chingari and pastries at the gourmet shop. Dining experiences may need some improvement for variety, but the overall stay was pleasant. The hotel facilities are well-rounded, offering everything from room service to car hire. The value for money could be better, as there are aspects that need upliftment.
The hotel is located right behind the railway station, offering good service and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a slightly small feel. The dining experience is impressive with a wide variety of tasty options. The pool area is well-maintained and enjoyable.
I've stayed at this hotel three times and will definitely go back on my next trip to Pune. The rooms could use a little spit and polish to be in top shape but overall are okay. I had a view of the bridge, but there was some noise from the train at night, especially if your room faces the road or train station.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a view of the bridge, and despite some noise from passing trains at night, they were cleaned to a high standard by the excellent housekeeping team. The hotel also provides options for playing squash and table tennis, which is great for sports enthusiasts. I particularly enjoyed the delicious biryani and pasta at the coffee shop.
I've stayed at this Sheraton hotel three times already, and I'll definitely be back next time I visit Pune. The rooms are really nice and cozy, and being right in front of the Railway Junction adds a unique touch to the experience. The service, although appeared forgetful at times, was overall great with delicious offerings. The location is perfect for connecting to the airport or train station, but the noise from the railways can be a bit distracting. The dining experience covered a wide range of tastes, but could be better. Overall, a gem with heartwarming service and a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully appointed, immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The staff was caring and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was good, right near the main station and 2-4km away from major city hubs, though it often distracts with railway arrivals and departures. The dining experience was fairly good and satisfying. I found the service outstanding, engaging, polite, and highly professional, especially with key individuals like Elizabeth Guest Relations Manager, Manish Restaurant Manager, and Aranya- Assistant Restaurant Manager epitomizing hospitality. However, the hotel should provide some privacy due to its proximity to the railway station.
I've stayed at the hotel three times already and will definitely go back next time I come to Pune. The location right in front of the Railway Junction is convenient, and the function rooms are great, living up to the Sheraton hotel standard. The service was very nice and decent. However, the table reservation process was a bit rude, not following the first-come-first-serve basis. The delicious and mouthwatering options were a delight but being off the beaten track could be a drawback.
